BeSeenInHollywood was invited by aLine Media’s Heather Witbeck to attend the launch party of the Lounge Collection by Kelly Nishimoto. MEIKO being the nice sister was on hand to serenade us with holiday songs while Kelly’s models walked, danced and mingled with the guests. Afterwards, Kelly had to attend to her guests while they pick and choose and buy her new loungewear collection Cute Booty.

BeSeenInHollywood Exclusive Interview! With MEIKO

BeSeenInHollywood: as a very popular singer, it is a very nice gesture of you supporting your sister kelly in her clothing design venture. What’s your opinion about her collection?

MEIKO: oh yeah, i think she is amazing and such a hard worker. she’s been sewing and designing since she was little-bitty so it is really cool to see to blow up big like this, it’s really cool.

BeSeenInHollywood: what’s the design that you most like personally?

MEIKO: the “cute booty” pants, (laughs) of course. They are these little lounge pants that you can wear out and also make your butt look good and girls like that.

BeSeenInHollywood: we see yoga incorporated and different vibrant colors such as purple, violets and blues. What can you say about that?

MEIKO: Yeah, and the Christmas “cute booties” the ones with the red and green stripes which i helped her with the ideas on those

BeSeenInHollywood: it is a beautiful collection and we are expecting a lot of success from it

MEIKO: it is amazing to be part of this and our parents are very proud. (laughs) they are very happy

BeSeenInHollywood: well, they should be because both of you are very creative and talented. What will you be singing for us today?

MEIKO: maybe a couple of song but definitely my Christmas song “Maybe next year”.

BeSeenInHollywood: that’s good. We will be looking forward in hearing that.
