Maggie Barry Rock Siren Fall 2009 Collection

With rock n’ roll royalty including Perry Farrell and Terri Nunn in attendance, Los Angeles designer, Maggie Barry, debuted her Fall 09 “Rock Siren” collection at the IVAR on March 31, 2009. The collection was worn by models with attitude and a live band actually performed the runway music. New to the scene entertainer, ALEXANDRA, opened the show with WAY TOO MANY songs and childish dance moves, but all was forgiven once it started. “This collection personifies the “Rock Child” within all of us,” Maggie Barry said. Rock n’ roll is right! Skin tight leather corset-style tops detailed with chiffon were matched with sky-high heels. Sequined baby doll dresses reigned supreme dotted with silver studs.
