Vibrant yet soothhing colors of pastels and glimmer. Not only was there a bling factor, but a “WOW” factor came hand in hand when the designs of Oliver Tolentino graced Fashion Week LA’s runway at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA on October 15, 2009. The audience was in awe with constant clapping in tow, every seat was filled and the showcase was just mesmerizing.

Filipino talent continues to lurk in this society and it is people like Oliver Tolentino who carry on the good name of the Filipino. We are unsuspected and unperceived to have such great ingenuity in our midst but we continue to progress despite what others might think.

Oliver Tolentino’s 2010 Spring Collection tickled everyone’s fancy. It was simply magical to have been able to preview the new, the brilliant and the up and coming couture line.
