Vibrant yet soothhing colors of pastels and glimmer. Not only was there a bling factor, but a “WOW” factor came hand in hand when the designs of Oliver Tolentino graced Fashion Week LA’s runway at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA on October 15, 2009. The audience was in awe with constant clapping in tow, every seat was filled and the showcase was just mesmerizing.

What can we say? We just do it big here in BeSeenInHollywood. For our first featured artist, we are not just presenting one artist but two successful artists. The surprise doesn’t end there. The artists are sisters with their own claim to fame. Kelly Nishimoto is a fashion designer with an A list follower and MEIKO is an L.A. based American indie singer/songwriter with hits such as “Boys With Girlfriends”, and “Reasons to Love You”. BeSeenInHollywood was invited by aLine Media’s Heather Witbeck to attend the launch party of the Lounge Collection by Kelly Nishimoto. MEIKO being the nice sister was on hand to serenade us with holiday songs while Kelly’s models walked, danced and mingled with the guests. Afterwards, Kelly had to attend to her guests while they pick and choose and buy her new loungewear collection Cute Booty.
