The whole world mourns as former Philippine President Corazon “Cory” Aquino laid to rest this week.

The symbol of democracy in Southeast Asia or perhaps the whole world mourns as the filipino people continued to show their support and prayers as they bring Corazon Aquino to its final resting place this Wednesday, Aug. 05, 2009. Different leaders from many countries, headed by US President Obama and former first lady Hilary Clinton send their condolences and prayers to remember the late Philippine President who died of colon cancer last week in Manila. She was best remembered as the first woman President in Southeast asia and the wife of the late Benigno Ninoy Aquino who was a big instrument in overthrowing the Marcos Administration.
